Every third student in Münster has immigration history!

Almost every third student in Münster brings an immigration history - a new report by the State Statistical Office IT NRW shows terrifying figures for the school year 2023/2024: 30.9 percent of the students have a migration background. This lies in comparison to other cities in North Rhine-Westphalia in the lower midfield.

The lowest values in the country can be found in the Coesfeld district, where under 23 percent of the students are affected. In the blatant contrast to this, Wuppertal is almost 59 percent.
