Tragedy in Mulsum: Mother fatally injured, children fight for their lives!

In a tragic incident at an unrestricted level crossing in Mulsum, a 35-year-old driver was hit by a train and died on Friday. Her two children, at the age of three and seven, suffered serious or life -threatening injuries and were immediately flown to the hospital with helicopters. The train had about 90 passengers on board at the time of the accident, three of whom were slightly injured. The train driver and many passengers suffered a shock.

The accident occurred while train traffic on the route had just been resumed after extensive track construction work. The level crossing on which the misfortune happened was unrestrained.
