Federal Police strikes: arrest warrants in the Kempten train station!
On Tuesday, October 8, the Kempten federal police carried out several arrest warrants. A 46-year-old German-Rumain was able to escape a tough prison stay by paying his debts of over 1,700 euros, which he had due to a traffic violation imposed in 2023. The Deggendorf public prosecutor had previously issued an arrest warrant against him, but the man was able to turn away the enforcement custody by paying immediately.
Other messages were less gratifying: a 31-year-old Hungarian was discovered on the border tunnel Füssen, against which four arrest warrants were presented. The new enforcement recruitment order from the Freiburg public prosecutor's office due to assault was particularly explosive. The man had not paid for a fine of over 4,200 euros, and he also threatened a seven -month imprisonment for theft with weapons. He was also wanted in other crimes. The federal police acted quickly and brought him to the Kempten correctional facility at night. Further information at www.presseportal.de.
