On Friday evening, Deggendorf turned into a true sports paradise when over 1200 runners started to Nighttrun & Beats Vol. 3. This event not only offered an intensive running experience, but also a lively atmosphere that brought together sports enthusiasts and music lovers. The upper town square filled up early from 5 p.m. with athletes who prepared for the start and felt the excitement in the air.

A special highlight was the speed run, which started at 7.15 p.m. The professional runners showed their impressive skills. Tobias Schreindl from LG Passau became the fastest runner of the evening and made the route in a sensational 15 minutes and 49 seconds. His team -mate Stephan Fruhmann followed him with a time of 16: 43.51, while Christoph Friedl secured third place with 16: 48.86. The women's ranking was dominated by Linda Meier, also by the LAV Stadtwerke Tübingen, which came to the finish line with 17: 28.14

In a political duel unique in this form, he competed against District Administrator Bernd Sibler, who achieved an impressive time with 20: 31.05 and referred to the OB in second place. The third mayor Renate Wasmeier left them behind with a time of 26: 12.07.
