Dramatic traffic accident on A7: Sprinter ends up in the flood ditch!

In the night of Wednesday, March 12, 2025, a spectacular traffic accident occurred at around 1:50 a.m. on the feeder of the A7 towards A5 near Frankfurt. The 21-year-old driver of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter lost control of his vehicle for an unknown cause and raced into the flood ditch. Stunned, he went through it about 200 meters before he managed to steer the vehicle back onto the street.

But luck did not last long: when leaving the flood ditch, the sprinter tipped the right side and continued to slip over the road until it finally came to a standstill on the left lane. The shocked driver was able to climb from the wreck independently and was taken to a hospital for safety. The damage to the vehicle is estimated at an impressive 17,500 euros.
