In the early morning hours of April 13, 2025, a dramatic vehicle fire occurred on the BAB A5 near Teningen. At 1 a.m., several road users called the police when a small car was on the stand. When they arrived, the officials found the car in full fire. Fortunately, all vehicle occupants were able to escape from the vehicle in good time and waited for the lane.

A vehicle occupant suffered serious fire injuries on the legs and had to be hospitalized immediately. Another person only suffered minor injuries. The exact cause of the fire has so far been unknown, but it is assumed from a technical defect. The police have started their investigations to clarify the events in detail.
