Shock on the A5: serious accident near Bensheim - three injuries!

A dramatic traffic accident on the A5 near Bensheim on Thursday afternoon (May 8th) has seriously injured three people! The police were alerted at 3:50 p.m. after a sprinter had risen on a tractorive under mysterious circumstances. The 35-year-old driver and his two passengers were traveling north when there was a fateful collision shortly before the Zwingenberg junction.

The violent impact was catapulted into the protection out of the 35-year-old's vehicle. He was taken to the hospital with injuries, while a 25-year-old passenger got away with light injuries. However, the fate of the 37-year-old passenger, which was flown to a clinic with the serious injuries by means of a rescue helicopter. The 50-year-old driver of the tractor-trailer remained completely intact. The clean -up work led to a blocking of the road to the north until 6:18 p.m., the amount of property damage is still unclear. The investigation is running!
