On Friday afternoon, a serious traffic accident occurred on the A5 to the south, in which three motorhomes collided. The accident took place between the Bühl and Achern junctions, near Ottersweier-Gunzhurst and Achern-Gamshurst, around 1:40 p.m. Seven people were seriously injured.

immediately moved out rescue and helicopters to supply the injured. The road in the direction of travel was completely closed, the traffic is diverted at the Bühl junction. The rescue measures are still underway.
