Traffic chaos on the A5: Drug drivers causes accident with injuries!

On Saturday evening there was a spectacular traffic accident on the BAB 5 between Hemsbach and Weinheim. A 23-year-old BMW driver raced at an excessive speed and asked other drivers through lighting to make room. He crashed into the Opel of a 36-year-old, in which there were two toddlers who were luckily unharmed.

The police found signs of drug use in the person who caused the accident, but refused the drug test and initially fled into an adjacent field. It was finally brought back by a passenger, where a blood sample was carried out. In total, four people were slightly injured in the accident, while the property damage is estimated at around 50,000 euros. All vehicles involved are no longer ready to drive and had to be towed.
