Cyclists strayed on the highway - police save auxiliary delivery!

A civilian patrol of the central transport services of the Kaiserslautern police motorway station joined a cyclist at the ascent of the AS Kaiserslautern-West at 6:40 p.m. The 34-year-old tried to drive off his bike in a wrong direction from the Bab 6 motorway. He was previously in vain looking for the right address of a military property that had incorrectly led his navigation app to the highway.

The officials acted immediately and secured the danger site before put the confused cyclist behind the protective plank onto an adjacent green strip. A minibus from the motorway police was requested in order to safely get the man, including a bicycle and food ordering, to the regular entrance of the military area. Fortunately, there was no traffic accident, and the unusual incident quickly came to an end.
