A serious motorcycle accident occurred on Friday, April 11, 2025, around 6.20 p.m., on Kreisstraße 6352. A 21-year-old driver who was traveling from Gersbach towards Kürnberg lost in a narrow curve and came off the street. His motorcycle fell down a steep embankment and crashed into a tree. The young man was thrown off his vehicle and remained seriously injured in the undergrowth.

rescue workers were quickly on site, and the emergency doctor sent him to the Unispital in Basel with a rescue helicopter. The property damage is estimated at around 3,000 euros, and the motorcycle had to be recovered by a towing service. The fire brigade also supported the rescue measures.
