On Thursday morning, a tragic accident occurred on the Schickardstrasse in Böblingen, in which a 47-year-old Mercedes driver was killed. The driver was traveling around 7:30 a.m. when he got off the road for unexplained reasons and collided with a bridge pillar. The impact was so violent that the Mercedes was thrown up an adjacent embankment before he came to a standstill.
