A spectacular accident occurred on Wednesday morning in Rosenberg: a 24-year-old came off the street with his Renault Twingo and overturned several times after he had fallen into trouble. In the incident, which occurred on Landesstraße 1095 around 11:30 a.m., the driver suffered minor injuries and had to be taken to the hospital. The damage to the vehicle is estimated at around 5,000 euros, and the car was no longer ready to drive after the accident and had to be towed.

Another incident that happened in Buchen on Wednesday evening shows the dangers of alcohol at the wheel: A 43-year-old caused an accident in the roundabout when he rammed a traffic sign with his Toyota. During the review, the police found an alcohol value of over 2 per thousand, and a urine test also reacted positively to THC. The driver had to go to the hospital to take blood and his driver's license was ensured.
