New administration building in Nagold: tradition meets modern design!

A modern two-story administration building has recently been opened in the heart of Nagold. This was built at Hoher Baum Weg 28 and offers both storage and garage space. The construction, which took about a year, is not only visually appealing, but also a prime example of collaboration and innovative spirit. Employees of the Sanitary Günther company were actively involved in the planning and carried out much of the interior work on their own, making the building a real community project. The Schwarzwaelder Bote reports that the innovative building was built using a timber frame construction with solid wood ceilings, which is not only ecological but also modern.

A big thank you goes to the city of Nagold, which actively supported the project. Mayor Jürgen Großmann and economic developer Hans Barucha played a central role and made an 1,800 square meter plot of land on the Wolfsberg available. During the construction and execution, we worked closely with regional craftsmen, in particular with Gienger from Kornwestheim. This shows how important local networks are to successfully implement projects.

Tradition meets innovation

The history of Sanitary Günther goes back to 1870, when Christian Günther founded the company. Today, 155 years later, Rainer Rauschenberger is in charge of the craft business, which he took over completely in 2000. The move to Wolfsberg in 2012 was a further step in the company's long tradition, which has been characterized by the highest level of quality awareness right from the start - an aspect that was also praised by Mayor Großmann.

The Rauschenberger family is actively involved in the business, and their son, Christian Rauschenberger, also contributes to its success. The committed team forms a well-rounded picture: Loyal employees are the foundation of the company, as shown by long-standing employees such as Tobias Epple, 41 years old, and Christian Schuhmacher, 34 years old. The company is also increasingly relying on renewable energy and has decided to stop offering oil heating - a step in the right direction for the environment and a response to the growing demands for sustainable solutions.

Training and future prospects

Another important pillar of Sanitary Günther is training. The company provides regular training and most employees have completed their training in-house. This not only shows the commitment to future craftsmen, but also ensures quality and young talent in the industry.

In summary, the new building not only offers a functional space, but also embodies the spirit of innovation and tradition in Nagold. With the support of the city and the commitment of the employees, it is already clear: good work is being done here that radiates far beyond the borders of the region.
