After hours of negotiations, the pensioner passed on cash and valuables in the low five -digit range to a well -dressed young man who quickly removed from the town after the handover.

In Elz, a driver was victims of vandalism on Monday evening. A stranger destroyed the rear window of a gray Ford Fiesta while a group of people passed.
