On Monday afternoon there was a violent accident between a car and a tram on Schöllbronner Straße, which led to an almost one -hour closure of the street. The 56-year-old driver of a Hyundai ignored the locked barrier of the level crossing and collided with a tram of the AVG that was just going. The Hyundai was damaged so much that it was no longer ready to drive.
Fortunately, there were no injuries in this incident. When recording the accident, however, the police found that the woman was apparently alcoholic. A breath alcohol test resulted in a value of around 0.5 per thousand. Now she has to expect a criminal complaint about road traffic hazard and was taken to the police station to take blood.
