In a dramatic incident on March 23, 2025, around midnight, an 18-year-old driver of a silver Mercedes-Benz Vito tried to avoid police control in the Friedrichsfeld district. Despite the police attitude signals, the young man accelerated and raced from what led to a dangerous situation with another vehicle, whose drivers could only prevent a collision through strong braking.

The fleeting finally touched a parked car, whereby property damage was caused, but the amount of which remains unknown. The police managed to stop the driver in Hubertusweg and found that he was not in possession of a driver's license.
