The man confessed to having a small amount of hashish for his own use. During the search, the investigation relaxed when several hashish portions packed with aluminum foil and prescription drugs were discovered. This caused the suspicion that he acted with narcotics and drugs.

As a result of the control, the previously cooperative man suddenly became aggressive and exposed himself. Despite trying to calm him down, he resisted when he was to be tied up with handcuffs. Only with the support of a further police patrol and a unit of the municipal order service could the man be fixed on the ground and the handcuffs were created. During this argument, both the 33-year-old and two police officers were slightly injured.
