Duo with botched theft: Police holds toothbrush robbers in Eppingen
In a supermarket in Eppingen, two men, 32 and 45 years old, stolen several electric toothbrushes and printer cartridges worth several hundred euros on Thursday, March 27, 2025. The perpetrators had bought a prepared jacket, which was equipped with hidden compartments and partially designed with aluminum foil in order to outsmart theft.
A shop person already put one of the men in business while the other fled towards the parking lot. A short time later, he was also held, whereby there was a scramble in which both the detective and a customer were slightly injured. The Heilbronn public prosecutor has requested arrest warrants against the two Georgians; The 45-year-old for commercial theft, the 32-year-old because of predatory theft. After their preliminary arrest, the men were shown to a judge on the following day who issued the arrest warrants and put in execution.
