In the event of a serious traffic accident on Bundesautobahn 5 in Bruchsal, two people were slightly injured on Tuesday evening. A 44-year-old truck driver drove north in the right lane at around 6:50 p.m. when a 33-year-old sprinter driver suddenly rose on him for unexplained reasons and collided with the semitrailer.

The episode? The highway was closed to traffic on the right and medium lanes from 6:50 p.m. to short after midnight, while the emergency services recorded the accident and removed operating fluids. The property damage incurred is an estimated 30,000 euros.
