On Sunday morning, March 23, a 25-year-old man at the Mannheim Central Station caused excitement. Travelers alerted the federal police when the German shouted loudly in tram line 4. During the check, the aggressive man showed his true face: he insulted and threatened the officials while trying to pull their protective vests several times.

Despite the efforts to calm him down, a chaotic scene flared. The man demanded that the police officers' body cams be activated, but they were already running and held the incidents. It was only after a violent intervention that the officials could captivate the man and bring them to their office. There he continued his aggressive attitude.
