12-year-old seriously injured: bicycle accident in Leutenbach shocked!

A serious accident occurred on Wednesday morning in Leutenbach when a 12-year-old boy crashed into a house wall with his bike due to defective braking. The incident occurred around 10:45 a.m. in Richard-Wagner-Straße. The boy suffered serious injuries, among other things there is suspicion of a traumatic brain trauma. He was immediately taken to a Stuttgart hospital with the rescue helicopter. Tragic: the boy did not wore a bicycle helmet.

Before, at around 6:00 a.m., a 44-year-old driver on Fritz-Schweizer-Straße caused an accident because he was distracted by operating his car radio. His Skoda came off the road and collided with several gravel gravel on a company property, fortunately the driver was not injured. The property damage is estimated at around 5,000 euros.
