IOanna Gouromichou plans to open her new Greek restaurant "Janulas" at Bahnhofstrasse 6 in Aalen. The location, which was previously known for 36 years as a Greek restaurant "Poseidon", was closed in October 2021. The opening of "Janulas" is planned for the end of May or early June 2025, but no large celebrations are planned. Ioanna is the daughter of Christos Gouromichos, the host of the popular Aalener "Delphi" restaurant, which has existed since 1985

The Gouromicho family has the building in which "Janulas" has opened, since 2013. Ioanna has originally started her career as a automotive clerk before moving to gastronomy about a year and a half ago. The construction work for the new restaurant has now been almost completed. The building was increased by three floors and is now barrier -free.
