Rapid chase: drunk drivers stopped in Sachsenheim!

In the night of Saturday there was an incredible police operation in Sachsenheim! At 01:25 a.m., residents reported a ruthless Fiat Doblo driver who was racing through the streets. When the police arrived, the 67-year-old driver immediately stepped onto the gas and damaged two parked vehicles-a VW Golf and a BMW 220 d. He continued his risky maneuver on Landesstraße 1125 to Bietigheim-Bissingen.

But the chaos did not end! At several traffic lights, the driver ignored the red lights and there was almost a collision with a VW bus. Ultimately, the police were able to stop the Fiat at the Bietigheim exit. A clear smell of alcohol surrounded the man, which is why he was taken from a blood sample and his driver's license was confiscated. Fortunately, nobody was injured, but the total damage amounts to a whopping 6,000 euros! Witnesses who felt endangered by this rapid journey are asked to report to the Ludwigsburg Transport Police Inspection.
