Auto thieves in Bammtal: Towned two vehicles, nobody escaped!

In the night from Friday to Saturday, unknown perpetrators were targeting two cars in Bammtal! At a Hyundai that was parked at the Vertusplatz, and a Kia that was in a covered parking lot in Heldenweg, they smashed the panes to penetrate the vehicles. There, the long fingers tore off the cover below the steering wheel and tried to cut the cables to close the cars.

But the perpetrators failed! Despite their daring actions, they probably couldn't start the vehicles because of the immobilizer. The destruction inside the cars left a considerable damage to property, the exact amount of which cannot be quantified at the present time. The police have started the investigation and are looking for witnesses who may be able to provide information about the perpetrators.
