on Tuesday evening, March 11, 2025, a scandalous incident occurred in a regional express from Stuttgart to Nuremberg! A 39-year-old man insulted the 46-year-old train attendant and threw a beer bottle for her who met her on her leg. The incident occurred at around 10:00 p.m. at Crailsheim train station and led to a violent meeting between the suspect and the train attendant.

The state police were quickly on hand and was able to arrest the attacker. Now the federal police are investigating the assault against the man. In the trains it should be safer - but such outbreaks of violence throw dark shadows on security in public transport.
