Aalen teacher inspires with eleven books and new knight history!

Aalen, Deutschland - Rudi Marvin, the creative head and former teacher at the Schubart-Gymnasium in Aalen, has mixed up the literary scene with his latest work "The Knight of the Winkloch"! The 71-year-old, who has already published eleven books, shows that his life is anything but bleak. "Without writing, life would be bleak," says Marvin and proves with every new book that he is a tireless storyteller.

Marvin discovered passion for writing in his childhood. At the age of only ten, he began typing on an Adler typewriter and still masters the ten-finger system. His debut novel "Arko" was released in 1986 and tells of a man who leaves Europe after the Chernobyl and Catastrophe. During the Corona period, Marvin intensified his writing activities and published three books this year, including "Mein Parzival" and "Rudi explains the world"-a collection of 100 small poems about different countries.

inspiration and adventure

The inspiration for "The Knight of the Wink Loch" found Marvin during a walk when he discovered old trenches and walls, the remains of the Winkenloch Castle were. This discovery led to an adventurous history in which local characters such as the Brezga Blase and Dagmar, the landlady of the beer hall, play a central role. An exciting showdown at the Kocherburg in Unterkochen promises thrills and surprises!

Although Marvin promises to stop his wife for the sake of writing, it remains to be seen how long he can stay true to this promise. His creative urge is unbroken and readers can look forward to more exciting stories. The books by Rudi Marvin, illustrated by Hans-Dieter Sumpf, are available from the Berlin publisher Epubli.
