New wind in the district administration: Polllety and Beck take over key positions
In the district office there is a breath of fresh air! Several new management managers have taken over their positions and bring fresh ideas and experiences with them. These changes are of great importance not only for the administration itself, but also for citizens, since they can increase the efficiency and quality of the services.
Since September 1, 2024, Kai Pollety has been leading information and communication division. The 38-year-old has had an impressive career. After completing his training as a businessman for office communication and graduation as an IT business consultant at the Dekra Academy in Würzburg, he worked for the Bundeswehr for several years. There he gained valuable experiences as a system, network and application administrator. Most recently, he was an IT manager at the Rommelag group of companies. His extensive expertise is now being used in the district office Aalen, such as Zeitung reported.
new faces in the administration
Another newcomer is Thomas Beck, who took over the management of the BaUrecht and Nature Conservation division on November 1st. Beck brings well -founded training that he started after graduating from high school at the Kreissparkasse Ostalb. He then studied law in Tübingen and Heidelberg and completed the second state examination. His previous activity as head of unit at the Federal Financial Service Supervisory Authority in Frankfurt prepared him well for his new challenge.
But there are not only changes in Aalen. A new head of business was also presented in the Bayreuth district office. Lisa Uliana, lawyer and Pegnitz native, took over her new position on September 1, 2024. It is responsible for the business areas of transportation, social aid, training and living space funding as well as the regional development agency. Uliana already has extensive experience because she previously worked as a consultant in the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Work and Social Affairs and then worked as a judge at the Bayreuth Administrative Court. "With great joy, I took my job as a business area manager at the Bayreuth district office," she said. These words reflect their commitment, which she wants to bring into the new role in order to meet the needs of citizens, such as of the meadow messenger reported.
A look into the future
The new business department manager are of great importance not only for the administration, but also for citizens. Their different backgrounds and experiences could help to make the administration more efficient and citizen closer. Citizens can be excited to see what positive changes the new managers will bring with them. The cooperation between the new leaders and the existing teams promises to successfully master the challenges of the future and to improve the quality of life in the district.
