Dennis Klecker: State government states in the crowing problem of bureaucracy

The state government of Baden-Württemberg is criticized because it apparently adheres to a bureaucratic approach when it comes to the problem with crows. The AfD parliamentary group's agricultural policy spokesman, Dennis Klecker, expressed his dissatisfaction that even crows are assigned to different ministries. This leads to a complicated procedure, since the raven crow is assigned to the Ministry of Nutrition, Rural Affairs and Consumer Protection and the seeds of the Ministry for the Environment, Climate and Energy Management.

Klecker also accuses the state government to miss the will to reduce bureaucracy. The AfD parliamentary group calls for a general decree of the lethal withdrawal of crows, since its number has risen sharply and causes damage to agriculture. The farmers would deal responsibly with how the approved applications from farmers show. However, the state government insists that each individual case is checked by the respective nature conservation authority, which is very complex and cumbersome. Other federal states such as Rhineland-Palatinate already have fewer bureaucratic processes here.

Furthermore, Klecker questions the state government's claim that the removal of crows is free of charge. Farmers have had other experiences.

The press release ends with the contact details of the press spokesman of the AfD parliamentary group in the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg, Josef Walter.
