For example, team leaders receive up to EUR 4,384.80 gross, while engineers can expect up to 3,990 euros. There are also considerable amounts for buyers and industrial mechanics that increase anticipation for the upcoming holidays. The payment is already carried out with the November salary, so that the employees can benefit from this special payment in good time before Christmas.
