Coaching4future: Building robots at the Rutesheim high school - coaches make you want technology professions
On Tuesday, February 20, 2024, two coaches of the Coaching4future education program will provide information on training and study routes in the MINT disciplines (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology). In a hands-on lecture and an experimental workshop, the young people have the opportunity to get to know the basics of robotics and try out high-tech exposes. Coaching4future is supported by the Baden-Württemberg Foundation, the Südwestmetall employers' association and the Baden-Württemberg Regional Directorate of the Federal Employment Agency and is part of the school-based professional orientation offer for future specialists.
The educational program Coaching4future has existed since 2008 and aims to inspire young people for MINT professions and to show them professional perspectives in modern technology fields. Coaching4future cooperates with companies that present their training and courses in the MINT area.
The interactive lectures and workshops take place at the Rutesheim high school, exact information about the appointment and program sequence can be found in the press release.
Following the event, students have the opportunity to get further information on the Coaching4future online portal. There you can use the "career navigator" interested test to find suitable MINT courses and apprenticeships.
Participation is possible for students from the Rutesheim high school, but prior registration is required.
