Instagram will be the first meta platform that receives NFTS

CEO and co -founder of Meta (formerly Facebook) Mark Zuckerberg confirms a long-term rumor that the mammoth technology company wants to examine initiatives around NFTS. Zuckerberg spoke on the current South by Southwest (SXSW) conference in Austin, Texas, in which he confirmed that the digital collector's items would come on Instagram.
The internet entrepreneur has not given a specific date until which he expects the collector's items in the media sharing app. However, he indicated that this should happen in the coming months.
The new function will probably enable Instagram users to display NFTs that they currently have and newer.
"We are working on getting NFTs on Instagram at short notice", said Zuckerberg. "I am not ready to announce exactly what that will be today. But in the next few months, the opportunity to bring in some of your NFTs will hopefully be able to shape things in this environment over time.

The META CEO imagines a future in which users could shape the clothing that their avatars attracted in meta-verse. However, a lot of work has to be done before Meta can actually implement this “dream” into reality.
"I would hope that you know that the clothes that your avatar wears in the meta personum can basically be shaped as NFT, and you can take you between your different places. There are a lot of technical things that have to do this before it will really happen", Zuckerberg found.
It will not be the first time that Meta deals with products related to blockchain technology, but it would be the first concrete march in NFTS.
