  • Societe General-Forge will launch his EUR THEBLECOIN in the EURSTIBLE in the star network.
  • SG-Forge used EURCV for the first time for Ethereum and is planning the expansion of the XRP Ledger.

Societe General-Forge (SG-Forge) has announced the expansion of his EUR with covertable stable coin (EURCV) on the star blockchain.

The SG-FORGE team started the euro-supported one in 2023 and used it on Ethereum. It then extends to Solana and XRP Ledger. However, said on Thursday the StableCoin will now go live in the cross-border payment network.

mica connoisseurs StableCoin comes to Stellar

The start brings the Marka-compliant EURCV to Stellar.

SG-Forge one of the 10 stable coin emitters to output their tokens in the EU. The Mica rules went into full effect on December 30, 2024.

The provision of the euro-spoiled stablecoin on Stellar enables integration into the global financial ecosystem.

"Our upcoming integration in Stellar is a crucial moment when bridging the traditional financing with the Digital Asset ecosystem. Stellar's approach and established connections to asset management managers and tradfi institutions perfectly correspond to our mission to make stable coins within the financial system more comprehensive," said Guillaume Chatain, Chief Revenue Officer at SG-Forge.

The Blockchain technology functions of Stellar have led to the partnerships and integrations of ACOSS attract the financial and technology markets. One of the earliest is the collaboration with IBM, in which the Stellar company typed for its IBM World Wire project.

While this did not pick up, Stellar received new attention after the asset manager Franklin Templeton had introduced his Money Fund Onchain Us Government on the network for the first time.

Although Fobxx has been extended to six other networks since then, including Ethereum, Polygon, Base and Aptos, the majority of the money market fund of 586 million US dollars remains in the XLM network.
