Not just Dr. Kappel was a keynote speaker of the event. Joachim Scholz, Mayor of Schöntal and chairman of the Hohenlohe district association, gave an urgent address. He addressed the problems with which the district and the municipalities are faced with increasing social spending. An appeal for promoting performance and competitive readiness was also one of his central messages. "Only what can be generated by performance can also be attributed to the circulation," said Scholz.
