JONAS HALD, an experienced bartender from Kornwestheim, brings a breath of fresh air to bar culture and offers creative alcohol-free drinks for the New Year's and New Year's celebrations. Creation of a non -alcoholic baked apple punch

The non -alcoholic baked apple from Hald is prepared from self -boiled apple juice and various spices. The recipe comprises the following ingredients: 50 ml of fried apple cordial, 30 ml mandarin juice, 20 ml lemon juice, 15 ml maple syrup and a splash of orange flower water, supplemented with freshly ground pepper and an apple disc for garnishing. For the preparation, all ingredients in the shaker are shaking with ice cream, strained in a glass and garnished with pepper and an apple pane as you like. Hald recommends filling the punch with ginger beer or enjoying warm with butter to achieve a particularly creamy taste experience.

For those who want to try a simpler recipe, other platforms such as simply cook have described this popular beverage specialty. Apple, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla pod, apple juice and cloves are used for the preparation. The apples are quartered and fried in a coated pan before they are put into a pot with other ingredients to create a warm punch. Before serving you can optionally add rum for an additional flavors.
