Ludwigsburg, Deutschland - In Ludwigsburg, the Urbanhealth Club has created a new dance workout course called "Twerxout". This course focuses on fitness and self-confidence through twilter, a dance form that has gained popularity in recent years through hip-hop and pop culture. The trainer Maddie Hamberger leads the sessions and gives the participants the basics of the valley, which include movements such as "up and down", "side to side" and "tictoc".
