New examiner primer: support for volunteers in master exams!

Mannheim, Deutschland - Mannheim - A groundbreaking reference work for examiners in the craft! The Chamber of Crafts Mannheim Rhein-Neckar-Odenwald presented the "examiner brisk for the master examination in the craft", which offers volunteers valuable information in examination committees. "We wanted to put together everything important," explains Alexander Dirks, head of the master examination division. This primer is an indispensable basic work that covers everything that examiners need from preparation to follow -up exams.

Individual browns for each trade

The first edition of the examiner brisk is already available as a printed copy and will also be provided digitally as a PDF in the future. It should be emphasized that there are specific expenses for every profession that are tailored to the respective master examination committees. "These brims include the specific requirements of each trade as well as the relevant professional regulations and laws," said Dirks. Currently, 19 master examination committees are active in which 427 examiners work, the exams for professions such as bakers, hairdressers, painters and many more.

The Chamber of Crafts emphasizes the sensitivity of the exams. "An unsuccessful sentence can arouse false expectations for test subjects," warns Dirks. The examiners must be aware of the psychological aspects associated with the stressful situation of the master candidates. President Klaus Hofmann and managing director Jens Brandt in their foreword to the primer demand that examiners show understanding and at the same time remain meticulous and fair. "The examiner primer should give our examiners security in their work," summarizes Dirks.
