Fallcision and Ecococraft Creations Win Junior State Competition Baden-Württemberg 2024

The student companies "Fallcision" and "Ecocraft Creations" from Baden-Württemberg recently won the Junior State Competition 2024 and are now facing the opportunity to compete in the Federal Final in Frankfurt am Main to the title of the best school company in Germany. This success rewards the hard work and creativity of the students who demonstrated their entrepreneurial skills as part of the competition.

The Minister of Economics, Labor and Tourism, Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, praised the student companies for their commitment and emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship at school. She emphasized that school companies convey important experiences and promote the founding culture in Baden-Württemberg. Minister of Culture Theresa Schopper also emphasized how school companies help prepare students for business professions.

The two winning companies impressed the jury with its innovative business ideas: "Fallcision" offers a game for the playful tasks in the household, while "Ecocraft Creations" tea light holder and decoration elements made from recycled 3D printing filament. These creative projects show the potential and diversity of the student companies in Baden-Württemberg.

The Junior State Competition evaluates the student companies in various categories such as Pitch-deck, jury interview and business idea. The competition offers participants the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills and gain practical experience. In addition, the special prize "Innovation of the Year-Baden-Württemberg" was awarded for the first time this year to appreciate the innovative strength of the student companies.

Overall, there are 2,101 junior companies in Baden-Württemberg that offer students the opportunity to learn and implement entrepreneurial action. This initiative is supported by various ministries and organizations to promote entrepreneurship Education in schools and make young people fit for the future.
