Four core areas of a sustainable corporate culture 4.0

Together with the Fraunhofer IAO, the companies involved have defined four core areas that shape a sustainable corporate culture 4.0: cooperation, knowledge and development, equal opportunities as well as sustainability and social issues. From 2022, the card will also be made available to other companies as digital tools for the implementation of a corporate culture 4.0. "The 'Corporate Culture Map' as a 'heart' of the project enables companies to develop and implement their individually tailored corporate culture 4.0 with equal opportunities", Hoffmeister-Kraut is pleased with the successful knowledge and the practical tool developed in the project. "Today, the participating companies have the opportunity to try out in a creative workshop session which innovative concepts and individual solutions they can develop with the help of the 'Corporate Culture Map'," concluded the minister.
