Europe's largest legal congress, the German Lawyers' Day, heralded the beginning of the registration phase for the three -day congress on April 13, 2024. The minister of the judiciary and for migration of Baden-Württemberg, Marion Gentges, emphasized the importance of the legal order and individual protection in her opening speech. Congress will deal with various topics such as the civil process of the future, protection in the world of work, the seizure of electronic devices, climate change, coping with crises and public information responsibility in times of digital communication. These topics reflect the current challenges that the legal world faces.

In addition to the lectures and discussions, the German Lawyers' Day offers a diverse supporting program that includes cultural, musical and entertaining events. The lecture by the President of the Federal Constitutional Court Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth and a panel discussion on the subject of "War in Europe - and the right?"
