"The model canteens showed in just one year with advisory support from coaches how good canteen catering in state institutions can be successful. We would like to make the achievement known so that it can serve as a model for other community catering facilities," says Kurtz.

Goals of the project are the implementation of the DGE quality standards for gastronomy in companies including DGE certification, the increase in the use of biologically generated food to at least 20 percent and the implementation of organic certification.
