The aim is to activate inner-city areas such as construction gaps, fallow land and inventory vacancies as well as expansion and densification potential.
The funding program is aimed at all cities, municipalities, municipal associations, counties, special-purpose associations and sponsors of spatial planning in Baden-Württemberg. The latter can submit applications together with cities, municipalities, municipal administrative associations, counties or special associations.
