Inclusion on the job market
In a guided tour of the production, the state officer received a variety of insights and spoke to the employees about what the Inclusion at the labor market burns under the nails. For example, it is important to get a real chance of being able to achieve the job with local public transport, because many want to move environmentally consciously or have no driver's license. The employees reported of much too long processing times when applying for the severely disabled card plays.
AFB shows how to get specialists with disabilities. A well thought-out concept, the know-how about funding opportunities for the company and a person who takes care of the employees in the company and the concerns of the employees, are the A and O.
In conversation, it was also about the IT remarketing quota, the severely disabled rate of AFB, its role as a training company and the increased search for skilled workers. AFB is looking for new employees in several locations across Germany and says: The focus is on people with their skills and opportunities.
