That means: Click & Collect is a pick -up offer in retail, in which the purchase must be made in advance without physical contact and without evaluation of the goods. So there must be no incentives for purchase, for example by looking at and selecting the goods in the shop. The goods must then be delivered without contact or at least with little contact within a time window set for the respective customer, so that encounters between the customers are largely excluded. With a suitable hygiene concept, meetings of people are to be avoided in front of or in the sales outlets.
