Baden-Württemberg promotes the “Ki-Challenge” project of the Fraunhofer Institute for Optronik, System Technology and Image Evaluation IOSB with around 500,000 euros in order to accelerate the technology transfer in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). The funding was made by Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, Minister of Economic Affairs, Labor and Tourism, announced at the regional AI Excellence Centers.

The “Ki-Challenge” project aims to support companies, especially small and medium-sized companies, in the development and application of AI solutions and business models. For this purpose, free workshops are offered in which practical solutions for challenges in the development and application of AI are developed.
