Vilsingen triumphs in the customs derby: men strong, women weak!

Vilsingen, Deutschland - An exciting "Zoller derby" in the Oberliga Südwürttemberg ended with a clear victory for the SKC Vilsingen, which thus keeps the connection to the top of the table. While the men triumphed, the women of the SG Zoller had to accept a bitter defeat. The second team of Vilsingen also celebrated a victory against Egelfingen.

In the men's Oberliga, the SKC Vilsingen prevailed 6.5: 1.5 against the KSG Mengen-Sigmaringen. Patrick Winter shone with an outstanding performance and defeated Karl-Heinz Grundler clearly with 613 to 547 wood. Rolf Kurz fought an exciting duel against Erwin Zatrici, which ended with a draw. The Vilsinger Talenten Kevin Saad-Eddin and Raphael Krog also contributed to the victory, with Krog still getting the point after a gap of 22 wood. Despite an honorary point for the KSG by Dennis Nopper, who defeated Michael Hack, victory for Vilsingen was never in danger. This means that Vilsingen stays on the top of the table while the KSG is fighting with the red lantern.

women and second team

The women of the SG Zoller had to give up in a duel against TSV Niederstotzingen with 2: 6. The hosts dominated the game from the start and gave the Zoller ladies no chance. Sabine Kaul and Sylvia Lehleiter-Rösch could not win their duels, and the center pairing also did not turn. Only Nathalie Ardita and Ulrike Book gate ensured some cosmetics of results.

In the regional league OZ, the second team of Vilsingen showed an impressive performance against KSC Egelfingen and won 7: 1. Father and son Winter competed against each other, with Marcus Winter being ahead. Yannik Zimmermann and the veterans Frank Herzog and Helmut Schlude did not burn anything and secured the clear victory. Vilsingen II climbs to fourth place, while Egelfingen slips closer to the end of the table.
