37 trainees start their career at Optima: For the first time training as a technical system planner

On September 2, 37 trainees as well as a dual and two cooperative students started their professional career at the Optima packaging group in Schwäbisch Hall. Seven other dual students followed on October 1st. This year, the company offers training as a technical system planner for the first time, which underlines the expansion of its training offers.

The effects of such a training start are not to be underestimated in the Stuttgart region and beyond. The shortage of skilled workers in many industries, especially in the technical area, makes the training of new talents indispensable. Technological progress and increasing demands on industry require well -trained specialists who are able to plan and implement modern systems. With the introduction of the training direction of technical system planner, Optima addresses a specific demand for experts in technical planning, which is reflected in both mechanical engineering and automation technology.

In addition to the immediate creation of new training positions, the long -term benefit for the regional economy is also remarkable. Every year, thousands of graduates leave the University of Stuttgart in technical disciplines and are looking for appropriate job offers. Companies like Optima thus make an important contribution to offering these talents practical training and beating the bridge between theory and practice.

Historically, the Schwäbisch Hall region has deeper industrial roots that go back to the 19th century. The history of mechanics and mechanical engineering in Baden-Württemberg has meant that many companies, including optima, can benefit from an enormous transfer of knowledge in this region. This tradition is continued through the constant innovation and adaptation to modern requirements.

Below is a table that summarizes the Optima training opportunities in 2023:

profession Number of trainees start date

In the future, the training with the needs of the economy will be all the more important in order not to lose connection to the rapid technological developments.
