Award for 200 blood donations: Red Cross Thank you very much in Euskirchen

The blood donation ceremony at the Euskirchen Red Cross was an evening full of gratitude and recognition for those who donated their blood to save lives. One of the outstanding donors was Edmund Klüntgens, who was awarded for his impressive 200 blood donations. Despite this remarkable number, he has already announced that he continues to make his efforts and make even more donations. Klüntgens mentioned that he always looked for a place to continue to donate blood.

In addition to Edmund Klüntgens, other committed blood donors were also honored for their multiple donations. Among them were donors who have reached three-digit donations, such as Franz-Josef Hilger, Hermann-Josef Krausen, Claus Werner Fleischhauer, Klaus Groll and many more. The local association chairwoman Angelika Gräber-Stupp and board colleague Daniel Pöthmann emphasized the importance of the blood donations by expressing their express thanks to everyone present and praising them as a lifesaver.

The evening was characterized by gratitude and recognition for the generous donors who contribute to saving life through their commitment. Stefanie Berg, area officer of the Blood donation service West, also took part in the honor and paid tribute to the donors for her tireless efforts. The list of honored donors included people with different donations, from multiple 75 and 50 times donors to those who had already donated blood 25 times. Every single donation helps to save life and ensure the supply of life -saving blood.
