Eurowings extends summer flight schedule from Cologne/Bonn

The airline Eurowings has announced that it significantly expand its offer from Cologne Bonn Airport by taking four new, attractive travel destinations in your summer flight schedule for 2025. The new destinations are Bastia in Corsica, Porto in Portugal, Klagenfurt in Austria and Erbil in northern Iraq. This expansion illustrates the growing importance of Eurowings at the Rheinische Airport, where a total of 17 aircraft are now stationed.

The new connection to Bastia was started in April and is aimed particularly at travelers who appreciate the natural beauty and the pleasant climate of Corsica. Porto, known for its historical center and the famous port wine, is now being flown three times a week. Klagenfurt, beautifully located on Lake Wörthersee, is served twice a week, while Erbil, a center for many travelers with family ties, is flew once a week. The existing connection to Funchal on Madeira is also revived and now offered twice a week.
