Spring in Remagen: Children experience unforgettable holiday adventures!

Remagen. The Easter holidays offered a diverse program that was about fun, creativity and actions. Under the title "Spring Awakens", 32 children aged 7 to 10 at the St. Martin primary school experienced many different activities organized by the youth station.

The holiday offer included a variety of employment, including handicrafts, gyms course and even the game with Pokémon cards. Special highlights were the excursions to the Wilhelmshof in Sinzig-Bad Bodendorf, where the children were led through the courtyard, could get to know the animals and even took part in rides with ponies. They also had the opportunity to help build a chicken fence, which promoted the sense of community. At the end of the week, the children made happy spring wreaths that they could take home.

In the second week of the Easter holidays, the young participants were invited to take part in exciting excursions. Highlights were a visit to the Movie Park, where the youngsters dived into the world of Spongebob and experienced thrills in the roller coasters. Furthermore, a visit to the ceramic shop "Ms. Kramer" in Bonn offered the opportunity to paint ceramics in a relaxed atmosphere, which was then edited. Another exciting experience was a journey through time to Cologne, in which the young people with modern VR technology dived into the golden 1920s and "met" historical personalities.

The holiday program of the youth station was consistently received and left unforgettable memories of the Easter holidays among the participants. It not only offers entertainment, but also the chance of making social contacts and developing creative skills.

For the coming summer vacation, four compact weeks from July 07 to August 01, 2025 are planned, which are aimed at children between the ages of 7 and 10. In the fifth week of vacation, from August 4th to 8th, 2025, a special program for young people from 11 years is offered.
